ملخص البحث
حمل البحث عنوان: (القاعدة الفقهيّة اليسير معفوّ عنه، دراسة تأصيليّة تطبيقيّة، في ضوء المستجدّات المعاصرة، في أبواب العبادات والحظر والإباحة) قصدت منه بيان معنى القاعدة، ومستندها، ثم تطبيقها – في الأبواب المسمّاة – على الفروع التي تدخل تحتها، مع الاهتمام بتطبيقها على المستجدّات المعاصرة.
اشتمل البحث على تمهيد، وثلاثة فصول تطبيقيّة، ثم خاتمة.
التّمهيد: للدّراسة التأصيليّة، تحدّثت فيه عن معنى القواعد الفقهيّة، وأهمّيّتها، والخلاف في حجّيّتها، وعن الفروق بينها وبين ما يشابهها من المصطلحات، وعن معنى قاعدة: اليسير معفوّ عنه، ومستندها، والقواعد التي لها صلة بها، وعن ضابط اليسير المعفوّ عنه.
الفصل الأوّل: عرضت فيه تطبيقات القاعدة في الطّهارة والصّلاة، فبيّنت حكم تغيّر الماء بالكلور ونحوه، وأحكام دخان النّجاسة وبخارها وغاز الميثان، ولون الموادّ المتنجّسة الذي تعذّرت إزالته، والدّهان وشبهه على أعضاء الطّهارة، والفصل بين كلمات الأذان بسبب توقّف التّيّار الكهربائيّ، والانحراف عن الكعبة نتيجة اعتماد البرامج الإلكترونيّة في تحديد موقعها، وانكشاف العورة أثناء الصّلاة بسبب ارتداء الزّيّ المعاصر، وحركة اليدين لإغلاق جهاز الهاتف أثناء الصّلاة. وقد فصّلت القول في حكم اليسير من ذلك.
الفصل الثّاني: عرضت فيه تطبيق القاعدة في الزّكاة والصّوم والحجّ: فبيّنت حكم ما يُسقى بالآلات الحديثة مع ماء السّماء، وحكم بخّاخ الرّبو، والأكسجين المرطَّب أثناء الصّوم، واستخدام الشّبكة العالميّة حال الاعتكاف، والمنظّفات المعطّرة أثناء الإحرام، والفصل بين أشواط الطّواف بسبب الزّحام، ومكث الحاجّ بعد طواف الوداع لأجل إجراءات السّفر ونحوها.
الفصل الثّالث: فيه مسائل لتطبيق القاعدة في باب الحظر والإباحة، تكلّمت فيه عن طريقة التّسمية في مذابح الطّيور الحديثة، وحكم التّوقّف أثناء تذكية الحيوان قبل تمامها، وحكم لحم الدّجاج الذي تغذّى بمطحون لحم الميتة والدّم، ومشتقّات الخنازير في الأدوية، وحكم كتابة آيات من القرآن الكريم بالرّسم الإملائيّ المعاصر، ولبس الرّجل الثّوب المزيّن بالحرير، وتضبيب الأدوات والأواني باليسير من الفضّة. ووضّحت حكم اليسير في جميع ما سبق.
الخاتمة: وفيها أهم النّتائج التي خلص إليها البحث.

Thesis Abstract
The research carried the title: (The Jurisprudential Rule “A Little is forgiven”. A fundamental and applicable study, in the light of contemporary developments, in the chapters of worship, prohibition and permissibility). And the purpose of this study is to clarify the meaning and the basis of the rule, and then apply it – in the named chapters – to the branches that fall under it, with attention to its application to contemporary developments.
The research included an introductory chapter, three practical chapters, and a conclusion.
The introductory chapter for the fundamental study, in which I talked about the meaning of jurisprudence rules, their importance, the difference in their authenticity, the differences between them and similar terms, and the meaning of the rule of the “A Little is forgiven”. its basis and the rules that are related to it, and the conditions.
The first chapter: In which I presented the applications of the rule in purification and prayer.
I equally explained the ruling on changing water with chlorine and the like, the rulings on impurity smoke and its vapor and methane gas, the color of impure materials that could not be removed, as well as paint and the similar materials on the parts of purity, and also the separation between the words of the call to prayer due to the interruption of the electric current, and the deviation from the Ka’aba as a result of depending on electronic programs to determine its location. I also talked about the exposure of the private parts that affect or nullify the prayer due to the wearing of contemporary dress code, and the movement of the hands to turn off the phone during prayer ,detailing it as a rule of a thumb.
The second chapter: I presented the application of the rule in zakat, fasting and pilgrimage: in which I clarified the ruling of cooling ,using modern machines with water , and the ruling on asthma sprays, humidified oxygen during fasting, the use of the global network during i’tikaf, perfumed detergents during Ihram, and the separation between the rounds of the tawaf due to overcrowding and the staying of pilgrims after farewell circumambulation for travel procedures and the like.
Chapter Three: It contains issues for the application of the rules in this chapter on prohibition and permissibility, in which I spoke about the method of naming in modern bird slaughterhouses, the rule of stopping while an animal is slaughtered before its completion, the rule of chicken meat that was fed with ground meat and blood, pig derivatives in medicines, and the rule of writing verses from the Holy Qur’an with contemporary orthographical drawing, and also decorating tools and utensils with a little silver. As I thoroughly explained the rule of Easy in all of the above.
Conclusion: It contains the most important results of the research
