| تناولت الدراسة تحقيق نصوصِ مخطوطِ جزءٍ من كتاب “التعليقة شرح الحاوي الصغير” من باب الرَّضاع إلى نهاية الكتاب؛ باب أمهات الأولاد “دراسةً وتحقيقًا”، للإمام علاء الدين يحيى بن عبد اللطيف الطاوسي الشافعي؛ حيث تناول هذا البحث تحقيق نصوص جزءٍ من كتاب التعليقة شرح الحاوي الصغير “دراسةً وتحقيقًا” وتناول جزءًا من أبواب الفقه؛ وقد تكوَّن البحث من مقدمةٍ وفصلين وخاتمة، وبيَّنتُ في المقدمة أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، ومنهج الباحث، والدارسات السابقة، وخطة البحث. أما الفصل الأول، فتكون من ثلاثة مباحث؛ قدَّمتُ في المبحث الأول ترجمةً للإمام عبد الغفار القزويني – رحمه الله-، وفي المبحث الثاني عرَّفت بكتاب الحاوي الصغير، وتناولت في المبحث الثالث تعريفًا بالإمام علاء الدين الطاوسي، وكتابه التعليقة شرح الحاوي الصغير. وأما الفصل الثَّاني: فهو بعنوان (الدراسة العملية)، وتكون من سبعةٍ وعشرين بابًا فقهيًا؛ بدأت من باب الرَّضاع، وصولًا إلى آخر باب أمهات الأولاد “دراسةً وتحقيقًا”. وكانت في نهاية البحث الخاتمة، وقد تضمَّنت أهمَّ نتائج البحث التي توصَّلت إليها، وبعض التوصيات، والفهارس العامة. |

| The study dealt with the verification of the texts of the manuscript of a part of the book “Al-Ta’liqa Sharh Al-Hawi Al-Saghir” from the chapter on breastfeeding to the end of the book. The Children’s Mothers Chapter, “A Study and Investigation,” by Imam Ala’ Al-Din Yahya bin Abdul Latif Al-Tawsi Al-Shafi’i; Where this research dealt with the verification of the texts of a part of the book, the commentary, Sharh al-Hawi al-Saghir “A Study and Investigation” and dealt with part of the chapters of jurisprudence; The research consisted of an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. In the introduction, I explained the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the researcher’s approach, previous studies, and the research plan. As for the first chapter, it consists of three sections; In the first topic, I presented a translation of Imam Abdul Ghaffar Al-Qazwini – may God have mercy on him. In the second topic, I introduced the book of Al-Hawi Al-Saghir. As for the second chapter: it is entitled (Practical Study), and it consists of twenty-seven chapters of jurisprudence. It started from the door of breastfeeding, to the end of the door of mothers of children, “a study and investigation”. And at the end of the research was the conclusion, and it included the most important results of the research that were reached, some recommendations, and general indexes. |
