ملخص البحث
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى فاعلية برنامج إرشادي قائم على فنيات البرمجة اللغوية العصبية لتحسين الكفاءة الذاتية والاجتماعية لدى الطلبة متوسطي التحصيل الدراسي في كلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (14) طالبة من طالبات كلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي المعتمد على تصميم المجموعة الواحدة بقياسين قبلي وبعدي، واستخدم الباحث مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية والاجتماعية اعداد: الباحث. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.01) في مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية والاجتماعية لدى الطالبات متوسطي التحصيل الدراسي بكلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي وبعده لصالح التطبيق البعدي. أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى (α = 0.01) في مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية والاجتماعية لدى الطالبات متوسطي التحصيل الدراسي بكلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى في التطبيق البعدي والتتبعي. أوصت الدراسة الاستفادة من البرامج الإرشادية القائمة على فنيّات البرمجة اللُغوية العصبية على طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية، من أجل تحسين الكفاءة الذاتية والاجتماعية، وزيادة التحصيل الدراسي لديهم.

Thesis Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify the extent of the effectiveness of a counseling program based on the techniques of Natural Language Processing to improve self and social efficiency among students of average academic achievement in the Faculty of Education at Al-Aqsa University. The study sample consisted of (14) female students from the Faculty of Education at Al-Aqsa University, and the study used the approved quasi-experimental design. On the design of one group with two measurements, before and after, the researcher used the self- and social efficiency scale. The study reached the following results: – There are statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.01) in the level of self and social efficacy among middle-achieving female students at the Faculty of Education at Al-Aqsa University before and after the application of the training program in favor of the post application. – The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.01) in the level of self- and social-efficiency among students of average academic achievement at the Faculty of Education at Al-Aqsa University in the post- and follow-up application. – The study recommended the generalization of counseling programs based on Natural Language Processing techniques to Palestinian university students, as they represent the best investment in mental abilities in order to build a balanced personality in all its mental, cognitive and emotional aspects
